Almost there

We applied for a Globe Broadband(Internet only) Line early this week. We submitted the documents Tuesday and the linemen were at our house installing the the line by Wednesday. They told me that the group in-charge of installing the modem will be visiting us either later in the afternoon of Wednesday or Thursday. They did not arrive on either days stated. I asked helped from the powers-that-be and was told that they would definitely be at the house by Friday. They did go and installed the modem yesterday but unfortunately, something was amiss. The modem would not synch! Argh!!! I was really looking forward to having the broadband connection online last night. Sigh.

They told the yaya that they would be back by today to finish installing the modem. Hopefully, they do finish their unfinished business.
