Belated happy holidays! For those residing in the Philippines, happy long vacation! =) more than a week of holidays for us=)

Yummy caramel sundae from McDonald's. Look at how much caramel is in there. The counter person must have been feeling generous that night. Lucky me!=)

Worst Cosmopolitan I've ever tasted! Argh! This is from this bar at Damosa. I even asked the waiter what kind of crap they added into the drink! One sip and I almost puked! I think instead of vodka, they just used gin-bulag. hahahaha!!


Peppermint mocha something from Blu Gre. I'm missing my Peppermint Mocha fix from Starbucks and this is a good alternative. Not that I have a choice as no Starbucks can be found in the Durian Repblic yet. I may have to wait until late 2010 or 2011 for them to put up a branch here so for now, this would have to suffice.

Just wondering what this store has that people line up to enter its premises... This was taken December 21st and shopping for gifts is in full swing. They had to post a guard at the entrance to limit the number of people coming into the store and yet the people outside wait patiently for their turn to go in. Although I've seen some potential customers walking away from the store upon learning that they could not go in right away but still they are outnumbered by those waiting. Gosh... I wonder what do those slippers have for people to behave this way...

Howell, the year is almost over. Its 22 hours and 40 minutes till the new year comes. Gosh, it will a quiet one again, just as last year, as fire crackers and pyrotechnics are not allowed here in out beloved republic. Fireworks display on tv will have to suffice again....
