Some images I took from our office during the heavy rains that occured last week submerging most of the city in knee-deep floods, causing traffic jams all over the place and leaving most of the commuting public stranded for hours.
I have never seen anything like this in Davao. Paging the City Engineer's office! I guess something must be done to prevent this from happening again...
