Rainy Thursday...

It's such a gray day. It's been raining since this morning, actually more like drizzling. It's like someone turned on the tap and left it at that. It just won't stop. Gosh, it's going to be another jam-packed MRT ride home. I better leave the office early to avoid the rush-hour crowd.

A faint smell of durian is wafting in the office. I guess one of the big bosses requested from the store to serve one in the meeting. Gosh. I have not eaten durian for ages. I can't remember the last time I did. When the fruit store downstairs holds another eat-all-you-can durian promo, I'll give it a try.

Have you ever noticed that time moves ever so slowly when you are waiting for something? Like when you're just looking forward for your work shift to end. You feel that it's been more than 10 minutes since you glanced at the watch to check the time but when you check again, only 5 minutes has passed! Argh! I so hate this.

I was supposed to go swimming today. But when I woke up and saw the overcast skies, it was a sign that I won't be. True indeed, the rains started to pour since this morning. Sigh... I have been postponing this for the longest time. I'm also planning to go jogging tonight just in case I won't be able to swim but it looks like I won't be able to jog to. Sigh....
