this is probably one of the best tasting cream puffs that i've ever tasted. the pate choux is crunchy and tasty. the filling, my god! it's so creamy yet not overly sweet. the filing oozes out when you take a bite into the cruchy pastry. i finished off 1 and 3/4 of it in less than 5 minutes! gosh, you guys should try it out. i'm sounding like a walking advertisement for this product. after bread talk, i have a new obsession. an expensive one at that. their only branch is at the greenhills shopping complex which means i have to travel all the way to san juan to buy a box of it. sigh..... i guess i better resign myself to the fact that i cannot have it as often as i want.

greenhills is already teeming with shoppers now that christmas is just around the corner. i already saw a lot of people doing their christmas shopping and a lot of the stalls in their annual tiangge are selling christmas decors already. gosh. i dont even want to think about christmas. it depresses me that i might have to spend it away from my family and friends. this is the first time that i'll be alone and working on christmas. sigh... i guess there is always a first time for everything.
