know-it-all clients

i hate it when i talk to clients who do not know a single thing about what they are doing but the thing that i hate most is when they pretend that they know something! grrrrr!!!!!!

take this one client of mine..... i really do know why he was designated to be the network administrator when he does not know a thing about Windows NT. argh talga!!! now i have to there tomorrow to help him out even if i reiterated to him a million times that it is not our responsibility anymore!
