Kakainis na!!!! Grrrr....

Kwento: I had my dad's camera fixed at the Canon Service Center a month ago. June 16 to be exact. They told me that it will take around 2-3 working days for someone to call me regarding the status of the camera and how much the repairs would cost. 2 weeks later, still no call. So I called them up. As per the person who got the call, all their service personel were busy with calls so she will just take my number and have someone call me back. The day ended without anyone calling me so I called again the next day. Same spiel, short of saying please don't call us, we'll call you. I got busy with work so I forgot to follow-up with Canon. 3 weeks after checking it in, I called up again. This time, thank god someone was available and was informed that it will cost me P2,000++ to replace the front cover which got dented and it will take 2-3 weeks(again) for the repairs. So ok. satisfied with the girl's answer, I gave the go signal for them to fix the camera.

I called them up again today and my goodness! same feedback. the person who got my call informed me that it will take another 2-3 weeks for the camera to get fixed because there had been delays in the shipment of their parts. and that he will inform the service technicians to go ahead and fix the camera! my gosh! so a week has passed and my camera has been gathering dust somewhere in their service center. Argh!!!!

And I thought that their thrust is "Delighting Always"... this situation is not delightful at all.... warning to those people who will have their cameras fixed at the Canon Service Center over at Marvin Plaza, be prepared to wait 48 years before your camera gets fixed.

GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
